Management Team expands at SECV

The Sale Elderly Citizens Village management team has expanded to include the role of Quality Coordinator to its facility.

Pam McGrath has increased her role after almost eight years at the facility as Nurse Educator and Registered Nurse. Pam is now the Clinical Supervisor responsible for oversight of clinical care including accreditation requirements.

Lyn Lancey continues to deliver results as the Corporate Services Manager overseeing human resources, business services, hotel services and administration of the quality continuous improvement function.

Nicole Keen recently joined the staff and brings many years of experience in an aged care environment in both Quality Coordinator and Facility Manager roles. She works closely with the Clinical Supervisor and Corporate Services Manager in administration and quality support.

Marinda Botes as Contracts Administrator continues to take charge of resident and supplier contracts, maintenance and accounts. Marinda has worked at the facility for more than eight years and is well known to residents and their families as a first point of contact.

CEO, Michelle Dowsett, stated that ‘’the management team continue to work on all aspects of the Board of Management’s Strategic Plan. This focuses on financial sustainability, infrastructure development, quality of (resident) care and maintaining a high performing, motivated, and committed workforce.   Our staff strive to deliver quality care to our residents at Ashleigh House and The Manor, and respond quickly to resident requests from our independent living units at Eastwood and Northwood Parks”.
