Our Northwood Park Independent Living Units are located at 51-53 Stead Street Sale, a 5-minute walk from Ashleigh House and The Manor.
Northwood Park Accommodation
Construction on Northwood Park commenced in the 1980’s and it now consists of 36 individual units.
One off administration charge
This is a once off fee of $250 payable upon the signing of your contract to occupy a unit.
Once off Ingoing Fee to a unit
This is the fee charged to purchase the license to occupy your unit. The current ingoing fees are as follows:

- One bedroom: $85,000 each, on a ten-year contract (monthly retentions deducted over this period)
- Two bedrooms: $165,000 each, on a ten-year contract (monthly retentions deducted over this period)
- Three bedrooms: $295,000 each, on a ten-year contract (monthly retentions deducted over this period)
A monthly maintenance charge applies, please speak to the Business Manager for current fees.
Rental Option
All rental contracts abide by the Retirement Villages Act 1986 and Regulations.
- One Bedroom: $220 per week
- Two Bedroom: $260 per week
- Three Bedroom: $330 per week
Village Facilities
The Ashleigh House Activities Room is available for all Village residents to use. The room is currently used for playing carpet bowls, holding events, entertainment and meetings. Bookings can be made through Ashleigh House reception.

Our units are very popular and there is generally a waiting list. If you are interested in moving into our Independent Living Units in the future, we strongly recommend completing an Application Form to express your interest and join our waiting list.

Joining our waiting list is obligation free. You may decline the offer of a unit at any time and remain on our waiting list.
Please note that pets are not allowed to reside on the premises.
